We are seeking a versatile, detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage core accounting functions, perform financial analysis, and leverage contemporary digital tools to streamline reporting. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who thrives in a cooperative environment and can adapt seamlessly to the evolving needs of various departments.
Key Responsibilities
1.Core Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations, collaborating closely with US or India-based teams.
2.Report Preparation: Utilise advanced Excel functionalities and cutting-edge AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to draft, refine, and present comprehensive financial reports.
3.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Adapt flexibly to support diverse departmental workflows and take on recent challenges as the company grows.
4.Financial Analysis: Review and analyze profit and loss (P&L;) statements, balance sheets,
and gross margin metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements & Qualifications
B.Com/M.Com with Minimum 2 Years Experience
Experience: Proven track record working in a core Accounts/Finance department, preferably within the IT companies
Global Exposure: Experience collaborating with US or India-based teams.
Software Proficiency: Hands-on working knowledge of standard accounting platforms, specifically Tally or QuickBooks.
Advanced MS Office Skills: Exceptional command of MS Excel (including heavy usage of VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas) and MS Word.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with integrating AI tools into daily workflows for report preparation and research.
Soft Skills: Highly adaptable, a fast learner, and comfortable pivoting across different business functions.
