We are looking for a Purchase Executive – Fresher to support our purchase activities and ensure timely availability of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase of engineering materials, machine components, tools and consumables.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, prices and delivery.
Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
Support vendor development and cost-effective purchasing.
Coordinate with Production, Stores and Quality teams.
Maintain purchase records in ERP and MS Excel.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Purchase/Procurement.
Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
Basic MS Excel knowledge.
Willingness to learn ERP/SAP and engineering materials.
Valuable coordination and negotiation skills.
