We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-oriented Fresher Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, explaining products/services, generating leads, and maintaining proper follow-up records.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer calls and provide appropriate information.
Explain products, services, offers, and processes clearly.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain daily call records and customer information.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
Achieve daily and monthly calling/lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the concerned team for customer requirements and follow-ups.
Required Skills
Good verbal communication skills.
Fluency in Hindi; basic English preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
Valuable listening and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable working with calling and performance targets.

Freshers are welcome to apply.
12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.
Candidates should be comfortable with regular calling.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
