Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned stores, partner locations, and retail outlets in and around Chennai for regular audits.
Conduct physical inspection and audit of returned, damaged, defective, or service-related products.
Verify the condition of products against the available records and reported issues.
Capture explicit photos and videos of products, damages, defects, accessories, serial numbers, and other relevant details during audits.
Upload collected photos, videos, and audit information to the designated company platform/application.
Prepare and submit daily field visit and product audit reports.
Provide transparent observations and feedback regarding the condition and status of returned products.
Identify discrepancies, missing components, physical damages, or other issues during product inspection.




Coordinate with stores, service teams, partners, and internal departments whenever clarification is required.
Maintain accurate records of all products audited and visits completed.
Share recommendations and review findings with the management team.
Follow the company's audit procedures, reporting standards, and quality requirements.
Complete assigned field visits and audit activities within the given timelines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
