About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP CS/SM & FSM Consultant for a part time remote opportunity. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in SAP Customer Service (CS) / Service Management (SM) and SAP Field Service Management (FSM), with proven experience in SAP implementation projects.
Key Requirements - Mandatory hands-on experience in SAP CS/SM.
Mandatory experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM).
Proven SAP implementation experience is required.
Solid understanding of end-to-end service management processes.
Experience in configuring and implementing SAP CS/SM and FSM solutions.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Experience working with business stakeholders during implementation and deployment.
SAP SD experience is nice to have, but not mandatory.
Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
