Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
Identify and visit potential clients including travel agencies, corporate offices, educational consultants, and individual customers.
Generate current business for foreign currency exchange, travel card issuance, outward remittances, and related FX services.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Provide product information, pricing support, and service guidance to customers.
Handle client queries promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Market Outreach & Lead Generation
Conduct field visits, cold calls, and market mapping to capture current customer segments.
Participate in branding activities, promotional visits, and partner engagement events.
Collect and analyze market intelligence regarding competitors, customer needs, and pricing trends.

Operational & Compliance Support




Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth and compliant execution of FX transactions.
Ensure all KYC, AML, and RBI-compliant documentation is collected accurately before transactions.
Maintain daily reports, visit logs, lead pipelines, and sales MIS
Key Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Additional Requirements
Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork in Chandigarh and surrounding areas.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting formats.
Valuable understanding of FX products (currency exchange, travel cards, remittance).
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Target-oriented with strong follow-up and field-sales discipline.
Ability to work independently and manage field activities efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
