The candidate should have extensive knowledge of the footwear industry, robust business acumen, and the ability to lead teams, manage operations, drive growth, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Candidate Profile:
20+ years of relevant experience in the footwear industry
Currently working or recently worked as VP, General Manager, Business Head,or equivalent
Strong understanding of footwear manufacturing and business operations
Experience with reputed footwear brands/manufacturers preferred
Robust leadership and team-management capabilities
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Strong commercial and strategic orientation
Proven experience in driving business growth and operational efficiency
