Role Overview

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who can work directly with customers to understand complex technical problems, rapidly build Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and transform successful prototypes into secure, scalable and production-ready solutions .

The role requires robust hands-on engineering skills across AWS, data engineering, AI/ML and up-to-date cloud technologies , combined with excellent communication and real-time problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and solve complex, ambiguous problems.
Design, build and deploy solutions using AWS cloud services .
Develop and optimize data engineering pipelines and data processing workflows .
Build rapid PoCs and prototypes based on customer requirements.
Work with AI/ML and Generative AI systems , including LLM-based applications.
Support LLM fine-tuning, vector databases, MLOps and AI application deployment .
Work with emerging AI technologies,



including Model Context Protocol (MCP) .
Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and provide hands-on solutions.
Take prototypes from PoC to production , ensuring scalability, reliability, security and compliance.
Collaborate with engineering, product, data and AI/ML teams to implement customer solutions.
Translate customer requirements into practical technical architectures and working solutions.
Communicate technical concepts and architecture decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Operate effectively in highly ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
Proactively identify technical risks and recommend appropriate solutions.

Mandatory Skills
Solid hands-on experience with AWS – Mandatory .
Experience in data engineering and data pipeline optimization .
Strong programming/scripting skills, preferably Python .
