Roles & Responsibilities
Perform routine dental examinations, OPG/X-ray analysis, and diagnosis of oral conditions
Carry out procedures including scaling & polishing, fillings, extractions, RCT, crowns, bridges, dentures, and implant restorations
Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment notes, and case documentation
Refer complex cases to in-house specialists or external consultants as required
Follow strict infection control, sterilization, and clinical safety protocols
Meet daily patient targets while maintaining high-quality care standards
Coordinate with dental assistants and front desk staff for smooth patient flow
Participate in dental camps, community outreach, and in-clinic awareness programs
Stay updated on advancements in dental techniques, materials, and technology

Requirements




BDS from a recognized dental institution (MDS preferred but not mandatory)
Valid registration with the Dental Council of India (DCI)
0–5 years of clinical experience (freshers with robust skills welcome)
Proficient in core dental procedures independently
Solid chairside manner and patient communication skills
Basic computer literacy for EMR/software-based records
