Represent PMC to clients and key stakeholders.
Drive adherence to organizational project management methodologies.
Operational Responsibilities
Define and control project budgets and financial performance.
Oversee recruitment, supervision, appraisal, and development of project teams.
Chair monthly client meetings and ensure structured reporting.
Ensure effective document control, audits, and project handover.
Coordinate safety and quality audits with central teams.
People Management
Build and mentor a competent, motivated project leadership team.
Drive performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and collaboration.
Educational Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Postgraduate qualification in Construction Management / Project Management preferred
