Role & responsibilities
Manage the front desk and ensure a smooth and organized reception experience.
Attend incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
Provide basic information about foreign education services, coaching programs, courses, batches, and schedules.
Understand student/parent requirements and direct them to the appropriate education counsellor or department.
Schedule and coordinate counselling appointments, meetings, demo sessions, and coaching classes.
Maintain accurate records of walk-in enquiries, phone enquiries, appointments, and student details.
Follow up with enquiries and appointments as instructed by the counselling or management team.
Coordinate with counsellors, trainers, admissions staff, and other departments for student-related requirements.
Inform students about counselling sessions, coaching batches, seminars, workshops, events, and schedule changes.
Handle basic student and parent queries and escalate when needed
Maintain daily attendance and other required student/front-office records.
Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, printing, photocopying,



and other administrative activities.
Maintain proper records of documents received from students and coordinate their submission to the concerned team.
Ensure the reception, waiting area, counselling rooms, and common areas are neat and presentable.
Maintain confidentiality of student, parent, and company information.
Assist in coordinating seminars, student events, orientation sessions, and promotional activities.
Support the management team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.
Ensure all front-desk activities are completed accurately and on time.
