We’re hiring Freight Broker Trainees to work closely with our Senior Freight Brokers and learn the business from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
Prospect and cold call US businesses to identify current shipping opportunities
Speak with customers about their logistics and transportation requirements
Work alongside Senior Freight Brokers on active loads
Assist in carrier sourcing, load coverage, rate negotiation, and follow-ups
Help coordinate loads from booking to delivery
Learn how freight brokerage works in the US market, including customers, carriers, lanes, pricing, and operations

Who We’re Looking For
Robust spoken English and communication skills
Comfortable cold calling US businesses
Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Eager to learn and build a career in logistics
Energetic, persistent, and target-oriented
Prior logistics or US calling experience is a plus, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome
Must be comfortable working US night shifts

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
