Extensive experience in Gelato icecreams and Dessert preparation.
Expertise in Gelato flavours, recipes, textures and presentation.
Ability to create premium and creative Gelato icecreams, icecream cakes and dessert varieties.
Robust knowledge of ingredients, quality standards and food safety.
Creative skills in dessert presentation and product development.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate having Proficiency and experience in making frozen desserts, fresh Gelato Ice cream at Live counter. Should be willing to innovate & experiment with ingredients and possess positive communication & time management skills. Aspiring Chefs will have to demonstrate their culinary skills practically in the Food Trial Interview.
