Job Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant Government Tenders/Bids on the GeM Portal.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, commercial terms, and other requirements.
Independently handle the complete GeM Bid Participation and Submission process.
Prepare and coordinate all required technical and commercial tender documents.
Prepare technical compliance statements as per tender specifications.
Coordinate for OEM authorization, experience certificates, turnover documents, GST, PAN, ISO certificates, and other supporting documents.
Coordinate for EMD, Performance Security/PBG, and other tender-related requirements.
Coordinate with the Sales, Technical, Purchase, and Accounts teams for tender submission.
Prepare and submit quotations, BOQs, price bids, and other commercial documents within the specified deadlines.
Track submitted bids and handle technical clarifications, corrigendums, bid amendments, and Reverse Auctions.
Maintain proper records of submitted tenders, bid results, documents, and purchase orders.
Follow up on tender evaluation, award status, and post-bid requirements.
Keep updated with GeM procedures, government procurement requirements, and tendering practices.





Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience in GeM Tendering/Bidding.
Solid practical knowledge of the GeM Portal and Bid Submission Process.
Ability to understand and interpret tender documents and technical specifications.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PDF documentation, and online portals.
Good documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
Experience in Electrical, Automation, PLC, Control Panel, PCC/MCC, or Industrial Products will be an added advantage.
Experience with Government Departments, PSUs, or other government tender portals will be preferred.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹32,638.26 per month
