Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the 3PL warehousing business.
Identify, develop and acquire new customers across various industry segments.
Develop customized 3PL solutions and commercial proposals covering warehousing, storage, handling, distribution and value-added services.
Lead commercial negotiations, rate finalization and customer contract closures.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers and manage customer escalations.
Conduct periodic business reviews with customers and identify opportunities for business growth and service improvement.
Coordinate with Operations, SCM and other teams for smooth implementation and delivery of 3PL projects.




Identify opportunities for warehouse network expansion in line with business requirements.
Ensure optimal warehouse utilization, cost efficiency and project profitability.
Prepare sales budgets, forecasts and business plans for the warehousing vertical.
Monitor market trends, identify recent business prospects and drive growth of the 3PL business.

Preferred candidate profile
Strong understanding of warehousing operations, distribution, and value-added services.
Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing large customer accounts.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
