We are hiring: Commercial & Growth Manager – FMCG / Quick Commerce

We are building a packaged-food and healthy-snacking brand and are looking for a hands-on qualified to help us grow across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, marketplaces, modern trade, distribution, and performance marketing.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in FMCG, food, beverages, nutrition, D2C, marketplaces, or quick commerce.

You should have experience with:

• Quick-commerce or marketplace onboarding.

• Category-manager and distributor relationships.

• FMCG pricing, margins, promotions, and trade schemes.

• Inventory planning and replenishment.

• Performance marketing and marketplace advertising.

• Sales reporting, contribution margin, CAC, ROAS,



and repeat purchases.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who is comfortable working directly with founders, manufacturers, agencies, distributors, and platform teams.

Location: Delhi-NCR / Hybrid

Type: Full-time

Compensation: Fixed salary plus performance-linked incentives

Experience: 3–7 years
