A dynamic start-up focused on providing job opportunities in Germany for healthcare workers. Our mission is to empower individuals through effective language training, and we are seeking a dedicated Full time German Trainer to join our team and help students achieve their language goals.

Requirements

● Qualification : C1+ level certification or a Master’s degree (MA) in German.

● Experience : 1+ years of German Language Teaching Experience

● Technical Skills : Familiarity with basic computer knowledge.

● Soft Skills : Robust communication abilities and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct Classes : Deliver German language instruction in alignment with the provided lesson plans and curriculum, homework correction while accommodating additional teaching assignments as needed.

● Tailored Teaching : Adapt methods and materials to cater to diverse student needs and learning styles.

● Student Assessments : Conduct evaluations to monitor student progress and identify improvement areas.

● Exam Preparation : Prepare students for International examinations.

● Guidance and Feedback :



Provide personalized feedback and support to help students excel in language proficiency.

● Session Reporting : Submit detailed session reports in the prescribed format.

● Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.

● Foster Engagement : Cultivate a engaging and dynamic learning environment.

● Team Collaboration : Communicate with the team regarding schedules, student progress, and updates.

● Professional Development : Stay updated on teaching practices and integrate innovative tools and methodologies.

● Material Usage : Use company-provided materials exclusively within the scope of this agreement.

● Confidentiality : Handle confidential information about operations, students, and business strategies with discretion.

Working Hours ● Monday Friday : 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Teaching) 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM (Record keeping, evaluation etc) Includes a total of 1-hour break for lunch, tea etc.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
