We are looking for a solid Front-End Lead who can own the technical architecture and engineering quality of our customer-facing web applications.
Key expectations
Lead front-end architecture, development standards, and technical design.
Solid hands-on experience with contemporary JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, preferably React and Next.js.
Build scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
Own areas such as Core Web Vitals, page performance, SEO-friendly implementation, accessibility, and browser compatibility.
Define reusable components and front-end engineering standards.
Perform code reviews and mentor other front-end developers.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams.
Ability to remain hands-on while also providing technical leadership.
