We're a small, sharp team that ships quickly, and we're looking for a builder who wants real ownership from day one.
What You'll Do
Build and ship end-to-end features across frontend, backend and database
Develop internal tools, portals and dashboards used daily across sales, operations and finance
Integrate AI into products and workflows using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini etc.)
Use AI coding tools to move fast without cutting corners on quality
Work directly with the Founders' Office to turn business problems into working products
Own your work from idea to deployment and iterate on real user feedback
What We're Looking For
Solid fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language (Node.js or Python)
Hands-on experience with React or Next.js
Working knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB)
Practical exposure to AI/LLM APIs through projects,
internships or hackathons
Comfortable with Git and deploying apps (Vercel, AWS, Render or similar)
A portfolio, GitHub or live projects you can show us
Valuable to Have
Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases or AI agents
Built something end-to-end that real people used
Interest in fintech, insurtech or healthtech
