Specific Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; candidates with a diploma in Office Administration, Hospitality, or a related field may also be considered.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in front office, reception, customer service, or administration is preferred. Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply.
Communication: Robust verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam; ability to communicate professionally with customers, visitors, and internal teams.
Computer Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, email, Google Workspace, and basic internet applications.
Telephone Handling: Ability to professionally handle incoming and outgoing calls, take accurate messages, and route calls to the appropriate department.
Customer Handling: Ability to understand customer enquiries, provide basic information, record details accurately, and coordinate with the relevant team for follow-up.
Administrative Skills: Ability to maintain visitor registers, attendance/records, courier logs, documents,



and other routine office records.
Coordination: Ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, HR, Accounts, Operations, and Management for day-to-day office requirements.
Skilled Appearance: Well-groomed, presentable, polite, and confident while interacting with customers and visitors.
Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks, appointments, calls, and visitors without losing accuracy.
Work Discipline: Punctual, reliable, responsible, and willing to follow company procedures and reporting structures.
Location: Candidates who can commute to the office regularly and are available for full-time employment will be preferred.
Additional Advantage: Experience in a solar, electrical, construction, real-estate, or technical services company will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
