4.Aligning corporate action documentations under ESOP, and coordination with the depositories (CDSL/NSDL) for Electronic transfer of Shares
Liaisoning with the Stock Exchanges for Listings and Trading approvals for clients
6.Talking to leads for marketing of Esop and trackin products of LIIPL
7.Providing billing inputs to the Accounts
