About Us:

GK Xianghe Electricals is India's first and a leading manufacturer of Silicon Rubber Composite Insulators ranging from 11kV to 1200kV.

We are hiring fresh, result-oriented engineering graduates for our Production Department.

Qualification:
B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Production Engineering
Batch: 2024 / 2025 / 2026 Passouts can apply
Minimum 60% throughout academics

Job Role & Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day production planning and execution
Monitor shop floor activities and manpower handling




Ensure quality standards and safety norms on the shop floor
Maintain production reports, daily MIS and documentation
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Store departments

Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
Good communication and learning attitude
Must be willing to work in a factory workplace
Knowledge of MS Excel

Training Period: 1 Year (Will be absorbed as Production Engineer based on performance)
