Role

Experience: 1–3 Years

Employment Type: Full time

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who can professionally handle client requirements from initial inquiry to final fulfillment through email and chat.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients through email,



WhatsApp, and chat.

Understand and accurately capture client requirements.

Guide clients regarding customization, designs, materials, and orders.

Coordinate with the design and production teams to fulfill client requirements.

Handle revisions, follow-ups, and client queries professionally.

Ensure a smooth and premium customer experience.

Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.

Strong grammar, vocabulary, and professional email-writing skills.

Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.

Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.

Ability to understand requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams.

Customer-focused, patient, organized, and skilled.

Experience with international clients or premium/luxury brands will be an advantage.

Key Requirement: We need someone who is exceptionally good at English communication and can independently handle skilled client conversations through email and chat.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
