Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests professionally.
Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and bar team.
Serve food and beverages efficiently.
Ensure a positive guest experience throughout the visit.
Handle guest queries and feedback professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and service standards in the assigned area.
Follow company policies and food safety standards.
Support the team during busy hours and special events.
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant,
cafe, lounge, bar, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
