Welcome and greet guests warmly and ensure a positive dining experience.
Handle guest seating, table allocation and reservations efficiently.
Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and service team.
Ensure timely and skilled food and beverage service.
Understand the menu and confidently explain dishes, ingredients and recommendations to guests.
Attend to guest requests, feedback and complaints and coordinate for quick resolution.
Maintain high standards of service, hygiene and restaurant presentation.
Ensure tables and guest areas are clean, organized and ready for service.
Coordinate with the Captain, Restaurant Manager and kitchen team for smooth operations.
Support upselling of food, beverages and special offerings.
Follow restaurant SOPs, billing and payment procedures accurately.
Assist during busy periods, events and special guest requirements.
Maintain qualified grooming, communication and guest-handling standards.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
