Inspect rooms for damages or broken appliances, and report maintenance issues immediately to supervisors.
Lost and Found: Follow strict protocol for logging and turning in any items left behind by guests.

Experience &
Education:
High school diploma or a diploma in hospitality/housekeeping, with prior luxury hotel experience preferred.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for cleanliness, presentation, and room staging.
Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended shifts.
Communication: Polite, skilled conversational skills and discretion regarding guest privacy.
