Position: Graphic Designer
Experience Required: 2–3 Years (Agency Experience Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality social media creatives for multiple brands
Handle 7–10 client accounts parallelly with proper time management
Create engaging Instagram posts, ad creatives, story designs, and branding materials
Maintain brand consistency across different clients and industries
Collaborate with social media managers and content teams
Deliver creatives within timelines in a rapid-paced agency setting
Use AI tools for faster creative generation and design enhancement
Requirements
Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
Good understanding of modern social media design trends
Experience working in a marketing/advertising agency
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and AI design tools
Knowledge of generative AI tools for creative and content generation
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills
