Detailed –
Lead and manage Risk, Privacy, and GRC/IRM program workstreams ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
Drive implementation and optimization of tools like RSA Archer and ServiceNow for governance and risk management.
Manage end-to-end migration programs from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring minimal disruption.




Define and execute data migration strategies including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
Perform detailed data analysis and reconciliation using Excel to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with engineering and business teams to design and manage APIs, workflows, and data flows.
Utilize Jira and Confluence for program tracking, documentation, and Agile delivery management.
Ensure alignment of technical solutions with risk, compliance, and privacy requirements.
Monitor program progress, identify risks/issues, and drive mitigation strategies proactively.
Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on GRC/IRM initiatives and program health.
