Guidewire ClaimCenter QA / Tester
5 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter Testing / QA.
Valid Guidewire Certified Analyst Certification is mandatory.
Strong understanding of ClaimCenter claims processes, including:
First Notice of Loss (FNOL)
Exposures
Reserves
Payments
Recoveries
Claim Closure
Experience in
Test planning
Test case design
Test execution
Defect management
UAT support
Positive knowledge of ClaimCenter workflows and business rules.
Robust understanding of the ClaimCenter transaction lifecycle.
Solid knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance domain and LOB concepts.
Experience working in Agile project environments.
Hands-on experience with tools such as:
JIRA
Azure DevOps
