We are looking for a Guest Relation Executive (GRE) who will be responsible for welcoming customers, handling their queries and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience at the Neoliv project site.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet customers and visitors.
Handle customer queries in a polite and skilled manner.
Coordinate customer visits and site tours.
Assist the Sales Team during customer visits.
Maintain visitor and customer records.
Arrange refreshments and basic requirements for guests.
Coordinate with the Sales, Security, Housekeeping and Site Teams.
Collect customer feedback and share it with the concerned team.
Maintain a qualified and presentable appearance.
Ensure a positive customer experience at the site.
Support customer events and other site activities when required.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English.
Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
Well-groomed and professionally presentable.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Valuable coordination and multitasking skills.
Candidates from Hospitality, Real Estate, Front Office or Customer Service backgrounds will be preferred.
