Role & responsibilities

Extensive hands-on experience on Guidewire Claim, Functional testing, Jira

Hands-on experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter testing across Claims and Insurance applications.

Solid understanding of the end-to-end Claims Life Cycle, including FNOL, coverage validation, investigation, payments, and claim closure.

Experience in Commercial and Specialty Insurance domain testing.

Expertise in Guidewire Digital portal testing for customer, agent, and broker journeys.

Experience in Document and Correspondence Testing, including letters, notices, PDFs, emails, and regulatory communications.

Skilled in Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT Testing.

Proficient in creating, executing, and maintaining test cases and test scenarios.

Experienced in JIRA for defect tracking, test management, and reporting.

Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and participation in Agile ceremonies.

Capable of preparing test metrics, status reports, and defect dashboards for stakeholders.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Optional: API testing using postman and automation (Selenium+Java+BDD)
