About the Company:

Nada Happiness LLP is a Kerala-based business support company providing dedicated back-office support to its group and associated companies. Our team supports key business functions including HR, Accounting & Finance, Graphic Design and IT Support.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual content for print and digital platforms, including promotional flyers, social media creatives, in-store branding and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:
Design promotional flyers, social media creatives, posters, banners and marketing materials.
Create designs for product promotions, offers, campaigns and seasonal requirements.
Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing vendors when required.
Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials.
Coordinate with marketing, buying and category teams for accurate product and promotional information.




Manage multiple design projects and deliver work within deadlines.
Maintain organised design templates, brand assets and creative resources.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Strong knowledge of print production, typography, layout and visual composition.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and commercial design work.
Good communication, attention to detail and time-management skills.
FMCG, retail or advertising experience is an advantage.
