We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Global Intern to identify, engage, and onboard qualified associates, consultants, and industry specialists to our network. The role requires excellent communication, networking, relationship-building, and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential associates and industry professionals through LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Build and maintain a robust network of professionals and associates.
Engage with potential associates and understand their qualified background and interests.
Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with network members.
Present and explain the company’s services and value proposition to potential associates.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand business requirements and identify suitable professionals.
Maintain accurate records of interactions,
follow-ups, and onboarding activities.
Achieve assigned business development and networking targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or currently pursuing graduation.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Confident and persuasive communication style.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, MS Office, and online networking tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
