Garment Merchant –
Coordinate with buyers and production teams for order requirements and timelines.
Handle buyer inquiries, order follow-ups, and day-to-day communication.
Prepare and maintain order sheets, T&A; (Time & Action) plans, and production follow-up reports.
Coordinate with sampling, production, quality, purchase, and merchandising teams.
Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, and other materials required for production.
Monitor sample development and ensure samples are completed as per buyer requirements.
Track production status and ensure timely completion of orders.
Coordinate with the quality team to maintain buyer quality standards.
Follow up on approvals, comments, and changes received from buyers.
Maintain order-related documents, records, and reports.
Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment.
Assist in preparing costing, order details, and other merchandising documents.
Ensure customer requirements and delivery schedules are communicated effectively to the concerned departments.
