About the Role

As a Manager Growth, you will own the post-sales journey for our advertisers and agency partners. Your focus will be on ensuring campaign success, building long-term client relationships, and driving account growth. You will work closely with Sales, Ad Operations, Product, and Analytics teams to deliver excellent client outcomes and create long-term value.

Key Responsibilities
Client Success & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build long-term
relationships.
Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from the Sales team.
Understand client objectives and recommend strategies to achieve their business goals.
Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for account growth.
Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.

Campaign Management & Optimization
Work closely with Ad Operations teams to launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns.
rack campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
Analyze campaign data and recommend optimization prospects.




Share performance reports and actionable insights with clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Account Growth
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell mDSP solutions.
Partner with the Sales team to grow existing accounts.
Support commercial discussions through performance insights.
Drive greater platform adoption across client portfolios.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Sales, Ad Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Analytics
teams.
Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and improvement ideas.
Ensure timely resolution of client queries and escalations.
Maintain accurate account documentation and campaign updates.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services,Campaign Management, or Performance Marketing.
Experience in AdTech, Digital Advertising, Programmatic Advertising, or Digital Media preferred.
Solid understanding of campaign management and client servicing.
Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
