Job Responsibilities
Drive EMI transactions on existing Pine Labs terminals at assigned merchant outlets.
Visit mapped retail stores and work closely with store staff and sales teams to increase EMI transactions.
Explain available EMI offers, schemes, and financing options to customers.
Encourage eligible customers to choose EMI as a payment option during purchases.
Assist store staff in identifying and converting potential EMI customers.
Ensure maximum utilization of Pine Labs terminals for EMI transactions.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly EMI transaction targets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with store staff and merchant partners.
Monitor outlet performance and identify opportunities to improve EMI business.
Share market feedback, competitor offers, and customer/merchant challenges with the reporting manager.
Maintain daily visit, transaction, and performance reports.
Requirements
Qualification: Any Diploma
Experience: Freshers can apply
Mandatory: Candidate must have a bike and valid driving licence (DL).
Willingness to travel within assigned locations. Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
Perks
Stipend: ₹15,000/- per month
