KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Holds full accountability for QRC financial performance across all geographies
Owns monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to CEO and CSO
Sets and drives Finance function strategy and operating model
Manages multi-country statutory compliance — India, UAE, Singapore and USA
Owns banking relationships, treasury management and forex strategy
Provides strategic financial input to CEO, CSO and Board
Leads Finance team — hiring, performance management and succession planning
Manages external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory relationships globally
Prepare and oversee standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books within defined timelines.
Present monthly financial performance, key variances, and financial insights to management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Education
B. Com / M. Com or equivalent — mandatory · CA / CPA strongly preferred

Experience
General Manager: 15+ years with P&L; ownership and team leadership

Certifications
CA (ICAI) / CPA / CMA — mandatory for General Manager

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
