Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on engineer with robust expertise in application monitoring, observability, and integration, capable of owning application support from development through production. The ideal candidate combines monitoring tool expertise (AppDynamics/Zabbix) with solid programming and API integration skills to support end-to-end application lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance using observability tools (AppDynamics, Zabbix or any other tools).
Onboard current applications onto monitoring platforms and manage tool migrations (e.g., AppD to Zabbix or Similar).
Design and implement integrations between systems using REST APIs.
Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python.
Support the full application lifecycle from development and deployment through production support.
Manage code effectively, including version control, branching, and release processes.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve incidents and improve system reliability.




Contribute to root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement in monitoring and support processes.

Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with AppDynamics and/or Zabbix (or similar APM/monitoring tools).
Solid understanding of observability principles - metrics, logs, tracing, alerting.
Proficiency in REST API design, integration, and troubleshooting.
Solid Python programming and scripting skills for automation.
Experience with code management tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD workflows.
Practical experience supporting applications in production environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently on system-level integration challenges.

Good To Have
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
ITIL or incident management process familiarity.
