Qualifications & Skills -
6+ years of work experience with a minimum of 2 years in Quality analyst role & Minimum 2 years in Team handling for Team lead role.
Robust Knowledge of preparing PPT/Google Slides, Quality audits.
Experience analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, anomalies, and quality risks.
Ability to summarize analysis using insights and effective storytelling.
Robust proficiency in MS Office/Google Suites and Data Analysis techniques.
Experience preparing Qualitative reports and presentations.
Experience in RCA, continuous improvement, and Stakeholder communication.
Positive verbal and written English language skills
Should be able to work under general supervision, with limited review of work needed.
Experience in leading small and specialized teams involved in quality audits and other data analysis activities
Willingness to work in US shift hours
