What you'll own
Lead and manage the complete International Sales function
Build, mentor & scale a high-performing sales team
Set sales targets, track performance & drive monthly revenue
Handle the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure
Take ownership of high-value client conversations and negotiations
Develop sales strategies for international markets
Monitor team KPIs, conversion rates & revenue performance
Identify gaps in the sales process and implement practical solutions
Work closely with management on growth plans and business expansion





We're looking for someone who has:
7–8+ years of strong experience in International Sales
Proven experience in Digital Marketing / Website Development Sales
Strong leadership & team-management skills
Excellent negotiation and client-handling ability
A strong understanding of international sales cycles
Experience building and managing sales teams
Ability to independently drive closures and revenue
Solid communication, decision-making & problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a night shift setting
