We’re looking for someone curious, ambitious and slightly obsessed with figuring understanding growth.

You’ll work directly with the founding team and help us build our B2B go-to-market motion from the ground up.

This isn’t a place where you’ll spend your time making presentations.

You’ll actually work on GTM.

You’ll

→ Research companies and identify the right decision-makers

→ Build highly targeted prospect lists across the US, Europe and India

→ Run experiments across email and LinkedIn

→ Research prospects and write personalized outreach

→ Test different industries, buyer personas and messaging

→ Track what gets replies, conversations and meetings

→ Join customer conversations and learn how B2B sales actually works

→ Help turn successful experiments into repeatable GTM playbooks

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need previous sales experience.

We’re looking for someone who:





→ Can research extremely well

→ Writes and communicates clearly

→ Is comfortable using AI tools

→ Likes experimenting rather than following a fixed playbook

→ Can take ownership without needing constant instructions

→ Is genuinely interested in startups, sales, growth or entrepreneurship

You’ll get exposure to the entire B2B GTM process:

Market → Account → Buyer → Outreach → Conversation → Meeting → Pipeline
