Develop and deploy a concept pizzeria in a Tier 2 city
Be a driving part of the Zero -To- One journey, from concept design to location identification to build out & daily operations Owner of Product & Customer experience
Personally drive daily customer interactions from pre launch to launch & later
Be the voice of customer in the company, sharing insights & pain points
Continuously iterate on product & customer experience Growth & Operations
Own the customer footfall and P&L; of the outlets
Drive ratings & feedback across all listings




Build SOPs that can scale to multi city operations You're a fit if you: Have founded or led a cafe, lounge, CDR, or western-cuisine restaurant concept, scaled it to a decent revenue scale Are a design-first thinker - space, ambience, menu presentation, brand feel Are entrepreneurial, and want to build something at scale, not just run a single outlet Understand offline consumer behavior in India What you bring: First-hand experience designing and running a physical F&B; space An eye for brand, aesthetics, and customer experience AND very importantly, a Founder Mindset
