We are looking for a high-ownership Head of Operations – India to lead strategic growth projects and support India operations. The role involves managing projects and operations, owning P&L;, coordinating with vendors, operators and customers, and driving the volume and quality of data collection.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic growth projects and support India operations.
Own the P&L; for assigned projects and operations.
Work closely with vendors, operators and customers to drive operational growth.
Increase the volume of high-quality data collected.
Forecast data demand and contributor/supply capacity.
Work with vendors to resolve operational challenges and remove bottlenecks.
Develop SOPs for high-quality data capture and ensure compliance across the network.
Manage stakeholders effectively and maintain solid communication.
Travel as required, up to 25%.
Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of relevant experience.
Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience in operations, project management, business growth, or a similar high-ownership role.
Comfortable working with vendors and operational teams.
Ability to forecast demand and capacity.
Solid problem-solving and execution skills.
Ability to build and implement SOPs.
Comfortable with travel up to 25%.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Compensation Compensation is uncapped, with bonuses strongly linked to the P&L; owned by the candidate.
