Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry, to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid eye for design and be able to create engaging visual content for digital, social media, print, and real estate marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Design creatives for social media, digital marketing, and real estate campaigns.
Create brochures, flyers, hoardings, standees, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
Develop visually appealing content for property launches, projects, offers, and events.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements.
Maintain consistency with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
Edit and enhance property images, project visuals, and promotional creatives.
Adapt designs into multiple formats and sizes for different platforms.




Manage multiple design requirements while meeting deadlines.
Stay updated with current design trends, especially in real estate and digital marketing.

Requirements
1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in real estate.
Solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or equivalent design tools.
Experience creating social media creatives, digital ads, brochures, and marketing materials.
Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, and branding.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into compelling visual designs.
A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.

Preferred
Prior experience working with real estate developers, brokers, property brands, or construction companies.
Basic knowledge of video editing/motion graphics is an added advantage.
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other modern design tools is a plus.

Compensation CTC will be offered based on the candidate’s current take-home salary, experience, skill set, and overall suitability for the role.
