Welcome guests with a warm and skilled greeting.
Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.
Maintain a positive first impression of the restaurant.
Address guest inquiries and provide accurate information regarding menu offerings, waiting times, and restaurant facilities.

Reservations & Table Management
Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists efficiently.
Coordinate table allocations to optimize seating capacity.
Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the service team.
Ensure smooth guest flow during peak operational hours.

Customer Service
Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns to the Restaurant Manager when required.
Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Assist guests with directions, special occasions,



and promotional information.

Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with Captains, Stewards, and Restaurant Managers for smooth operations.
Inform service teams about VIP guests, group bookings, and special requests.
Support the Front of House team during busy periods.

Grooming & Presentation
Maintain impeccable grooming and hygiene standards at all times.
Ensure the reception and waiting area remain clean, organized, and presentable.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
