Job Summary

We are hiring a CSR executive to support and manage corporate social responsibility initiatives. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing CSR activities; maintaining documentation; and collaborating with NGOs, communities, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the company's CSR strategy and initiatives.
Develop, implement, and monitor large-scale CSR projects.
Build partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and community organisations.
Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and reporting requirements.
Prepare CSR budgets, impact assessments, and annual CSR reports.
Drive employee engagement and volunteering programmes.

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in social work, sustainability, business administration,



or a related field.
Experience: 20–24 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), ESG, sustainability, or social impact programs.
Proven experience in leading CSR projects and stakeholder management.
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CSR reporting/documentation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
