Welcome and greet patients, guests, and visitors in a warm, skilled, and courteous manner.
Assist patients and guests with registration, appointments, consultations, and hospital services.
Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.
Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and patient visits with doctors and relevant departments.
Guide patients and guests to the appropriate departments, rooms, and service areas.
Maintain good relationships with patients and guests and ensure a positive experience.
Handle patient feedback, complaints, and concerns professionally and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
Provide accurate information about hospital facilities, treatments, packages, and services.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, front office, pharmacy, laboratory, and other departments for smooth patient service.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatments, and feedback when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
