Security:

Maintain strict order, enforce hostel rules, prevent ragging, and monitor the movement of residents and visitors.
Health &
Medical Care:

Coordinate immediate care or initial diagnosis if a resident falls sick, and manage emergency situations.
Facility Management: Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, water and power supply, and coordinate maintenance work.
Administration &
Records:

Keep attendance logs, track leaves and room allocations, and report updates to the management or hospital administration.
Mess &
Food Quality:

Supervise mess operations and maintain food logbooks.

Qualifications &
Requirements
Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline; degrees, Hostel Management.
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years Experience Prior background in school, or hospital-attached hostel administration.
Skills: Robust communication, leadership, crisis management, and basic computer proficiency.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
