We are looking for an experienced Head – Quality Control to lead our Quality team and ensure consistent quality across incoming materials, injection moulding, finished products, and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall Quality Control activities and quality team.
Ensure products meet customer drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Monitor incoming, in-process and final inspection.
Control rejection, rework and customer complaints.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA.
Handle customer quality issues, audits and inspections.
Develop and maintain quality procedures, inspection standards and records.
Work closely with Production,
Tool Room and R&D; teams for process and product improvement.
Drive reduction in internal and customer rejection.
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Plastics, Polymer, Quality or related field.
Relevant experience in Quality Control, preferably in plastic injection moulding/manufacturing.
Solid knowledge of inspection methods, measuring instruments, RCA, CAPA and 7 QC tools.
Positive leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
