Degree is hospitality/hotel industry is a plus point.

We are looking for a Front Desk Executive who is confident, skilled, and well groomed.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
Handle guest queries and resolve concerns politely.
Ensure smooth front office operations.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
Maintain guest records and daily reports, on computer and manual on paper.
Deliver an excellent guest experience at all times.
Call travel agents for hotel sales call.
Requirements
Experience as a Front Desk Executive or Supervisor in a hotel.
Experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and guest handling skills.
Strong hospitality attitude with a skilled appearance.
Ability to work independently during the day/night shift.
Knowledge of hotel PMS software is an advantage - StayFlexi, Hotelogix
